Catching up on my RSSes (New Year's resolution) and I can now "follow" a webcomicist I've been enamored of since just about twenty years ago. And compatibility is "Very High"!? My heart!

Music's back baby. I'll tell you something for free, these last.fm comments are a lot quieter than they were in 2009. You can really get some thinking done here and I mean that most sincerely.

Chatting over Last.fm?!?! I've listened to Tenement a couple of times as they're on Don Giovanni. They're good! Have you listened to Nude Beach? You might be into them despite it sounding like it was recorded for 62p. They have a Replacements kinda vibe.

Hello John. Are you still a The North of England-based individual? And do you like the music of David Grubbs? Then please consider coming to the David Grubbs show we're putting on at Kraak tomorrow: http://www.last.fm/event/3867700+David+Grubbs:+Solo+performance+-+reading+from+Records+Ruin+The+Landscape

Have you read about this, have you heard about this? Swearfoot Contessa and Die Fieri are teaming up for a joint tour of the nation's rockingest gastropubs, and I for one am excited!

I've got Erotic Jacket's debut EP, 'Burlesque & Buttondowns', but the rest are unfamiliar to me! I've been hearing great things about Oldham's burgeoning twee powerviolence scene, with KNITWIT, Cupcake666 and Grossie Long proving the forerunners in the genre.

I CRANK EVERYTHING TO THE MAX! Unfortunately that seems to result in an overuse of capital letters. I do listen to everything a lot though, usually when I'm trying to work out whether I like it or not. And laziness, because pressing play is easy. As for EMA though, I have come to this conclusion: it is about the 90s, in my head. Anteroom is my favourite on the album, it reminds me of a pixies song that doesn't exist, probably because it doesn't really sound like a pixies song. But at the same time: IT DOES

Thank you! Marvellous recommendation, you know. Freaking marvellous. I've been listening to them for ages today, seriously wish I'd discovered them earlier - massive thank you for that! (P.S., I'm going to be at MCM Expo on Saturday, I might have to give you a high five for this!)

Oh my god, you are the "Bad Machinëry" guy! (Hm, I think I'm not supposed to write it with a trema…) I just read the whole comic and finished an hour ago - and I had a fabulous time reading! Thank you very much! Cheers & Greetings from Germany.

IT WAS. He plays it in the dressing room before every gig to get himself all hyped up. If anyone interrupts, he puts it back to the beginning and makes them sing along.

Since we have SUPER music compatibility you should listen to Miniature Tigers. I'm not affiliated with them, I just play them on my campus radio station. They have fun songs :]

John! It's Josh, we met at SPX, yeah? Just thought I'd suggest you give the band Lemuria a listen! They're some fine rock tunes with a spritely young lady at the helm and a demure sounding fellow singing along. Basically right down your alley. I recommend the album "Get Better".
