Yes, I really like that album! So many influences from all over the place. PJ Harvey also ftw!

Ulver is a band that has truly experimented with their sound over the years... I mean they started by playing black metal and dark folk and then switched to avant garde, trip hop, electronic, ambient, classical and even synth pop over the last few years. Imagine that they have even released an excellent album called "Childhood's End", where they covered psychedelic rock songs...Personally, I'm not a fan of their last three albums but I love their 1998-2016 period so if you want to check them out I suggest starting with "Perdition City", which is considered one of their most important albums. Then, my personal favourite is "Themes from William Blake's The Marriage of Heaven and Hell", which is in a class of its own and an EP called "A Quick Fix of Melancholy", which is an absolute gem. Anyway, if you decide to give it a go, I hope you enjoy listening to them!
