it definately should. bdo has become lame, 07 and 08 were okay but i think after this years lineup, they've realised soundwave is going to soon take over. bdo only really caters to people into indie/dance music now.

yeah i've heard that quite a lot too. someone i know apparently talked to a soundwave promotor and they said they hope to get it over here sometime in the future. they should just do it already haha.

theres bound to be at least a few bands i like so i'm just gonna start saving anyway xD they should have something like sw here.

i reckon D: i'm def going next year though, im not going to miss out on it again. not enough of the bands come to NZ before they go there. this year was pretty good for me though, 4/6 bands i really wanted to see came here first.

yeah me too. i didn't like any of the three tracks i heard before the leak on their first listen. i still don't like friends & lovers but never take us alive and never walk alone grew on me pretty fast. maaan i wish they'd come here :( i couldn't afford to see them at sw 08 or 09.
