Israel is no better than Russia. The major difference is that Israel could annex Syria's Golan Heighs without any sanctions. Both countries (governments) are disgusting.

LOL I BARELY REMEMBER POSTING THAT. I think it's because it had "ricky" in it. It made sense at the time.

Thanks. I like to mix genres and choosing what I need at the moment rather than focusing if it's punk rock, old pop song or jazz fusion, haha. Would you mind recomending me something by Wire? I have never listened them so I need really good album to start with. :P

Hello. Nice to meet you too. Really interesting library. I think I'll find a lot of inspiration here. And yep, I'm random follower for you but I hope that you don't have problem with that. I often follow random people here to share opinions, music recommendations and chat about bullshit. :P

Lol I didn't think you were hating :) I've actually liked her music for a long time, but avoided downloading it because she's a tyrant with copyright! I like it... just not enough to pay for it haha :P

Haha, sorry about that! I was actually trying to change it but it kept messing up so I just stuck with this for now :/ I didn't mean to copy your originality, I swear! Even my scrobbler is broken now.

Yeah, me no like Morrissey, lol. At least he's not as offensive as Muse and that Matt Bellamy fucker, lol. I'm actually listening to Muse right now, and I have to say, it baffles me as to why they receive so much praise. Hell, I don't even know why I used to love Muse so much; there are so many things that are wrong with Muse. Muse isn't good, at all.

To be fair, though, I don't like The Smiths that much now, honestly. Morrissey is an ass, and his vocals are so annoying. He outright ruins a couple of The Smiths' songs by being his usual smarmy "woe is me" self.

I feel ya; I think that I might have seen that pic on Facebook, too. As for Johnny Marr, I used to love him, but I feel that he's just good. Not great, but good. I don't really see what makes Johnny Marr a guitar legend.

I like your profile pic. Tony Iommi is an awesome guitarist; in fact, he's probably my all-time favorite guitarist, next to East Bay Ray from the Dead Kennedys & the guitarists from Sonic Youth. Also, your profile pic is pretty funny. Where did you get it from?

Now that i'm collecting, I must correct everyone! The plurality of vinyl is vinyl. :3 The Husker Du one is my most treasured purchase so far because that's the first issue of that pressing. I have over 50 cd's but I have 8 records now. I'll buy one a week from now on once I get my turntable set up. Iceage was kind of boring during p4k but I saw them the following day at a smaller venue known as the Beat Kitchen. There was this guy trying to start a fight with Elias loool. He was obviously wasted. They played a much better show at the smaller venue. No, everyone else was drunk. Jakob was pretty calm. I managed to exchange a few words with him. He was pretty nice. I didn't see Freddie Gibs but I heard he had a bad performance. I listened to Run the Jewels and they did a pretty good job. I don't know if I ever will go again to p4k if they continue to have crappy artists. This year they had about 3 decent artists.

I did go. This was my third year. I had a lot of fun in Chicago. It's a great town. I went with two friends. This year I wasn't too excited about. The only interesting acts in the slightest was seeing Iceage and seeing former Women play as Viet Cong now. Everything else was either bleh or meh. Tho I ended up liking a couple of songs Perfume Genius played, namely a Margaret Mary O'Hara song (My Body's In Trouble). The record fair there was great. I'll upload it in a separate post, but I got a decent vinyl haul. Everything I got was re-pressed/reissued but there's one that I got for 50 (a bargain imo) that is a first issue. Try to guess which one it is. Now all I need is a turn-table. I'll probably get a crosley looool. But nah, i found a few good ones around 100 w/o the speakers and cables. Those two should cost a bit less than 50. Have you gone to any fests?

"nah, people lie all the time." I meant to say, people lie about their lives on the internet. just fyi.

nah, people lie all the time! i promise i'm telling the truth, tho. maybe it's because you live in a small-town from what I recall? I live in a fairly moderate sized city. there are 2 large universities within a 50 mile radius and 4 large universities within 100. and chicago is only 5 hours away. i have ambition to live in crowded city. where my favorite pa & ma place is down the block, my favorite coffee shop is on the first floor of my flat, my favorite record store is less than a mile walk and the normal hang out place where I can normally find all of my friends is just across the street. that's what life like in vienna was like and i truly miss it. i can't imagine driving everywhere to go to places. it's so annoying. i've found a lot of friends who like the same music that I do outside the internet. have you? that tends to help.

I was born in bosna and came to the states when I was about to turn 6. we were originally supposed to stay for 4 years because our economy back home was so bad that my dad wanted to find a job over here and get good cash. we ended up staying here until i was 13, then we moved back for one year. I lived in vienna austria and learned some german. i came back when I was 14 and ever since i've been here in good ol iowa. i've been back once since, and i'm going back again next summer for prospects. definitely recommend traveling. take a gap year. do you know what you're going to do in college?

I always feel like a jerk online. I barely act the same outside the internet. my behavior is a lot more friendlier and a lot less passive aggressive. well with your last shout, i think you were trying to sound southern lol. so from that, yes. but overall, I can't tell the difference. that's good to hear. Are you out of high school yet or do you still have a year to go? and nothing much. i'm working towards a degree I won't finish any-time soon. but i'm doing what a lot of millennials are doing - staying with my parents until I pay off the house i'm currently living in and then having it for myself once its all paid off. or moving back to europe.

Your writing style is still apparent. I can't believe I didn't see it. Glad to hear from you. I'm sorry if I ever acted like a jerk. It seems like so long ago now. How are you holding up? Still live in that shit-hole of a place?

How's your great state reacting to the whole SCOTUS ruling? I don't wanna say the state because idk if you want your details given out like that, but I can't imagine the reaction was too positive if I correctly remember where you live. I know you're pretty surrounded by generally conservative and close-minded people.

yes i'm a fan of kill the lights and the going away present. it's like low + unwound. you should def buy some unwound t-shirts. this is like the coolest site ever for shirts. http://nightchannels.com/music/ i've bought at least 10 shirts from this place. It takes about a month to come tho.

its pretty unreal how consistent they are as a band, so i can get behind that idea. if you like unwound, check out laughing hynenas and cows. i have two unwound t-shirts, one in red with that brian jones design and the other one is from olympia itself. do you like survival knife at all?
