it's interesting that the lyrics of their '94-96 era are about the same dimension/universe as Ved Buens Ende lyrical content (Czral was a main lyricist of both bands), while the music is completely different

the merciless has more great riffs in one album than satyricon, mayhem, and immortal recorded in their entire careers put together. deal w/ it nerds.
