Hiya, those who occasionally listen to my songs may wonder why there are now 27 tracks on my Epiphanies At Tiffany's album. It's because I recently re-recorded a lot of old songs, cutting down their length substantially and making the actual recordings a lot better. Those formed the core of an album called Love In Its Many Disguises, which can only be accessed by clicking on Albums at the top of this page. As nobody was clicking, I decided to move them all to the Epiphanies At Tiffany's album instead, where they form the last 15 songs (from Some Wounds on), along with a few wholly new - and pretty tortured - songs.

I - as Brokenjarafingers - send out these recently re-recorded and often wholly re-worked songs to Last FM and to anybody who likes protest songs a la Phil Ochs, Bob Dylan, James McMurtry and Evan Greer set in the modern era, romantic balladeering or pure or twisted surreal spirituality a la Leonard Cohen or Momus respectively - all of them being my influences and the people I have most in common with, NOT the strange Big Bands that have somehow found their way onto my radio - and doesn't mind pecuniarily necessitated amateur production. I'd love to know what anybody thinks of them, good or bad. I believe I write strong enough lyrics to make up for the lack of great competence in other musical areas.

Maybe you could use CrybKeepers idea for creating a tag radio(s) for us? : www.last.fm/user/CrybKeeper/journal/2011/07/06/4h1p9x_similar_artist_radio_vs._custom_tag_artist_radios ~~~~ imho, to avoid repetition, tag radios work best when they have just one or two tracks from each artist and maybe just a couple of dozen tracks. -So you might have tags like 'bjaf radio-01' 'bjaf radio-02' 'bjaf radio-03' etc ? ~~~ [url=http://www.last.fm/user/headey/library/tags?tag=bjaf+radio-01]just an example[/url] & maybe add some similar but new artists? -takes a couple of weeks to globalise & become playable ~~~
