I never thought I could accept a cover version of "Please Please Please..." but this one I can accept.

Just finished watching "This Is England" for the first time. Great movie and I think I can tell that I like their version of "Please, Please, Please (...)" better than the original from The Smiths.

A truly amazing 45 minutes of Clayhill at the Kings Place festival yesterday but sadly it was also announced as being their last show :-( A little more info on the Beth Orton website http://www.beth-orton.net/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=932%3Aclayhill-gig-on-the-5th-september-to-be-the-last&catid=43%3Alatest-news&Itemid=117 A very sad day if this proves to be so :-(
