Wash pork liver, dry and cut into thin strips. Peel the onions, chop finely and fry in vegetable oil over medium heat soft and golden. The liver in flour, add to the onions and sauté them with. Salt and pepper. With white wine and pour hot water at will still do so. Stir in mustard and simmer for about 10 minutes. Finally cream and, if necessary, again with salt and pepper. 5 more minutes

OK well Jolly Old Saint Nick. I mean Daniel Chappell. Has again brought to all his listeners. Yet another fine Christmas Seasonal piece. Sweet in it's usual sprinkling of jollyness. And very well layered slightly heavier undertones. But like the Christmas Turkey itself. It is spliced with more than plenty enough enticing rich flavours. Without those horrid little bullets called sprouts of course. So just for a change this year. I think we'll swap the fowl old bird for gracious white swans. We'll then in turn give the Reindeer a year off. And give the swans to the old fella with the white beard. Along with a walkman to play daniel's great tune here on. And hopefully that will be recipe to put a smile on the old fella's face. And we all end up with a Jolly Old Saint Nick.
