Dunno if it is. Basically, it's about how military and church attempted coup d'etat, banned everything cheerful aka "horses" [sex/gambling] and hero, who tells us this beforehand, seem to be sloghtly lost his mind just as he got to knew all "their" plans. Here in russia it ls relevant, dunno if it so elsewhere.

I mean, here in russia you can gamble your ass left and right, no one cares, state is mafia and they only waiting for ya to do that, but they are very faithful mafia, you know. Christian social-darwinist actionist post-modernist monarchist mafia, that's it. So events in this song is not in russia. But they partly are.
