As much as I like the later incarnations of this song, I love the funky early-ass versions like on DP35 (8/24/71)

Also, Hiss Golden Messenger does a very faithful and very good cover of this on the Day of the Dead comp. It's one of my favorites on the whole project actually.

favorite parts to this song - Keith's keys at 0:50 all the way down... and 1:48 !!!, Pig's fill at 2:20 (and jerry's just before), and Phil's @ 3:00 (among so many other great moments he puts in) man i love how intricate this is. masterpiece.
