Yeah a band with the name I Am The World Trade Center had a track called September which was the 11th track on their album released in the same year as the attacks. That's just downright freaky. But the music is good.

surprised this doesn't have a lot of plays. i mean, i am almost in love. great stuff. ...and the name really isn't that awful, in my opinion. it definitely stands out; and i don't mean that in terms of 9/11, i mean in terms of how long it is, how weird it is, etc. i only listened because of the name. ...and now i have almost 150 plays in a month. haha. :) different strokes for different folks, i guess.

Its true, they got their name a long time before the events, and in respect of that tragedy they shortened their name to "I am the world" for a while.

will people forever keep leaving comments here without even looking a few comments under, at the band description or discography. THEY GOT THEIR NAME BEFORE 9/11. BEFORE, not AFTER. now go complain somewhere else :)

Seeing them live was one of the best concert experiences I've ever had. I also bought Out of the Loop and The Tight Connection out of Amy's cute little green bag.

They also changed their name after the september 11th incident to I am the world for a while. so insensitive they were not. And yes, they have collapsed, they are no more.
