Listening to the 2012 remastered release of the 1957 album "Here's Little Richard" his debut long play. Richard had been recording singles for four years by this time. Recorded over the period of September 1955-Octobr 1956.

aka Baby, Don't You Want A Man Like Me? On one of Richard's demos sent to Specialty Records. Recorded in Sept. 1955 in New Orleans; also January, 1966 in Memphis. LR did a great surprise rendition on the Sally Jesse Raphael show in March of 1994. Wonder if the '55 cut was sped up just a bit?
