I love these MMW's recordings, but based on what a lot of you cats say, I need to see them live!

These guys have some great recordings (including this one) but there is no substitute for seeing them live. Medeski is like a mad scientist behind his considerable stack of vintage keys. Chris and Billy alternate between holding down thick heavy grooves and letting loose on wild open jams. There is no band like them in the world. If you have the chance to see them don't miss it, believe me it will be a great experience!
