true. i just say metallic hardcore for bands like merauder, all out war etc from the 90s because that's what i've heard them referred to more often from people in hardcore. metalcore def fits too, i respect that they claim it

personally don't like to use "metallic hardcore" as I feel it's pretty misleading if you're like a hardcore punk autist like myself and there is a bunch of literal hxc punk that's metallic to talk about but the term is used on mosh metal shit, you feel me? also got to see Merauder with Minus recently, Three Knee Deep opened, fun ass show

"I like how Masterkiller is still every week on the top" Think it was '96 I first heard Merauder on a Metal Hammer cover CD with the song Master Killer and I thought it was pretty cool. Thing is it had Cradle of Filth on it too...and then off I went into black metal for 14 years. Saw Master Killer album for dead cheap, remembered as the title is pretty funny right(?), bought it for fun and...fuck its awesome! What is the rest of their stuff like??
