Classic record. Lots of the greats -- even the ones we associate quite strongly with various forms of the Electric Blues -- sound their best to me when they're in a tiny room playing an acoustic guitar alone or with a small band. The intimacy and grit of such performances seems to really be the purest distillation possible of the Blues in many cases.
