Most likely, the main members are Mark Solomon (Stavesacre, The Crucified) on vocals, Jason Martin (Starflyer 59) on guitar, and Steve Dail (Project 86) on bass. There's also rumors that Ronnie Martin (Joy Electric) and Alex Albert (ex-Project 86) are also involved. However, it seems that they are no longer on Tooth & Nail's artist page, so I'm not sure if they're still making music or what. :-/
