this guy's highs are really unique and i love them. the only thing i enjoyed more than listening to them in StDP was when he switched to his lows in Ace is the King and I heard "Ace is the king, he will take your life. Come into your house and eat all of your food." NOOOO! not the foood!

wank? i dont hear it, sounds pretty grind to me, there is a slight (tech) death metal influence, i guess but no biggie, still pretty grind, i love Subvert, and i cant see how anybody could not like it...

Really good band live. They've had a pretty big line-up change, Dorian Rainwater and Bryan Fajardo are the only two of the original line-up left, no new bass player but they got a new vocalist Dalton Tuerck, the dude's nuts when he performs. Saw them open for False and Akkolyte last December, Dalton was in the crowd punching people, moshing and screaming into the mike the whole time they played...seeing them again on Saturday, it's gonna be good

They wank way too much on the new album.

Subvert is fucking sick! Theres parts of this album that remind me of Remission era Mastodon like the beginning of Fraudulent

noisear is so sweet. god damn it. also when I snort pills, this band and portal are just so harsh and dissonant that it becomes relaxing

There have been some truly excellent Grindcore albums to hit this year, but I think Subvert is the best of the year

do they have a new singer? i saw an interview with them and they had some skinny dude with long hair singing

This album is the mutant, bastard son of early Napalm Death and "The Inalienable Dreamless." Fucking AWESOME.
