Perhaps my opinion of this song was rescued by the fact that I heard it was a rap before I heard the song. And the actual song was not as bad as my initial imagination of the song. So really, by setting myself up for disappointment, I was pleasantly surprised. But ironically, I am typically let down the first time I hear and Owl City song, but then I get it stuck in my head, and it acquires a ridiculous play count in my library, and before long, it's my favourite song ever. All that to say, not as disgusted with the rap as I thought I'd be, and now I'm quite fond of it, and looking forward to the new album.
