Redwinged Blackbird is an Awesome track . Exceptional vocals with even more restraint . Think I'd like to hear her in a punk song once . I think that would prove interesting.... And with her restraint that voice would be awesome in a shoegaze or dreampop tune .

Katrina. ha, hurricane perhaps. This woman seems plenty capable of summoning/releasing all the elements required to level the lot of us, should she so choose. Anyone else detect the awesome power she's holding in (for the most part)? I especially love how she seems to have transmuted Christian fundamentalist water-boarding into a sort of gnostic righteousness. She's beautifully supported by the rest of the band as well…no unskilled feat, I realize. Hopefully they'll continue to touch some more lives beyond this small last.fm listening base.
