I first heard Sara K in NM (not sure if a smokey bar somewhere on the back roads between Albu and Santa Fe or at a coffee shop off of Route 66. I was absolutely irreversibly mesmerized. It took me several years later to hear - but I DID in all places ... the Lyric Theater in lil ole Harrison, AR . OF COURSE being the fan I am I followed her to a little church in tiny town Cotter, AR. She is bigger in Europe. I don't know what to say 'bout that. Sara K will forever be my biggest cherished "discovered" artist.
