It's quite awesome that Ben Duerr is featured on a new Aborted song. I listened to that new Aborted song and it's incredible! Then I decided to re-listen to Shadow of Intent. Amazing deathcore band! One of the most creative deathcore bands ever!

Lorna Shore's was over hyped. It's not bad but it's not the best. If it was just the final 3 tracks, then I'd reconsider. The rest of the album is pretty much predictable given what they've been putting out. The trilogy though is absolutely amazing.

Agreed, I'm on board with Elegy, but I tried going back and it wasn't a fun experience, it's ridden with the usual momentum killers of deathcore, whereas Elegy constantly builds and focuses more on riffs. Their new single already rid me of expectations for a shift, seems like this was an anomaly.
