@sami22: You seem to be mistaken. The whole song isn't referring to a person, it's one big metaphor. If you read Nikki's book or did any background research on the man you'd know that he did a particular string of smack (heroin) referred to as "Persian." He's personifying the use of heroin as a woman he can't escape. I highly doubt he was saying anything about Persians as a people or calling them junkies.
