does anyone have any recommendations for similar bands with the soft n heavy alternating psychedelic with male n female vocals? I already listen to black mountain, but I still prefer sleepy sun.

Spine Hits is good but slightly over-produced in parts maybe? I think what makes the other albums so exhilarating is the raw feel they have.

revisiting fever for the first time in a while. i remember thinking it was not as good as embrace initially. but after having a couple of months to digest spine hits (which i do think is rather good) ,fever has really started to shine for me. they removed a key formula to their magic and while i thought they'd be just as special without it/her, they really need her back!

Spine Hits is great, Martyr's Mantra is one of their best songs yet imo
