I get the feeling the "So Damn Tough" EP is NOT the same guys, especially since Soulo the ambient electronic act is from Brooklyn, and this EP seems very plain and ordinary as far as generic sounding hip-hop goes, it's got a good beat, but it's not THAT Soulo. Seems like there's a LOT of hip-hop artists out there with that name and the former act has disappeared?
