why jk v the heavies? its annoys me that jamiroquai are refered to as "jk" when collectively they were (with the heavies)the finest acid jazz musicians in london.i mean stuart zenden was the man and them baselines make that funky sound! i think since david morales remixed space cowboy jamiroquai's acid jazz days were over!! jam v bhn? who cares just enjoy the music.peace and love to all

BNH had some decent grooves but they could never touch Jamiroquai. Something about the BNH groove always sounded studied while JK's funk was organic. I will say that BNH have the best remixes though! See David Morales' take on Stay This Way, Kenny Dope's version of I Don't Know Why I Love You, MAW's mix of Close To You and Dilla + MAW's mix of Sometimes. Pure heat that demolish the decidely tepid original versions!
