Probably the first "obscure" Dylan song ever released by someone else big. First of a long long tradition. And great too, I like it even better than their take on Mr. Tambourine Man, although not more than Chimes of Freedom and Wasn't Born to Follow. But Dylan's own is outstanding too, one of the most vivid songs from his early folk years. By the way, Billy Bragg recorded another excellent version of the song for the massive Dylan covers album for the Amnesty, Chimes of Freedom.
