Last really needs to seperate bands with the same name. I am a big fan of the Grateful Dead but to me the other bands with this name suck and I DO NOT want to hear them.

I really don't see why you are all throwing such a big fit about there being a few bands being called "the dead". In which I know for a fact there are more besides the ones listen on here. Hell, I didnt even know grateful dead had a side project named "the dead". Realistically...to see if a band name is avaliable is not so easy. Before the internet became mass-used by most humans, you'd literally have to explore every genre of every country of every lable to get a pole on what has been taken. The death metal one is for metal heads, the other one is for...whoever they are...so really it shouldn't be that big of a deal. Besides....last fm does not make multiple pages for bands with the same name...so you HAVE to deal with it. Im pretty sick of this whinning.

What the hell? There are some songs on here that is NOT THE Dead. Some (c)rap group. Fire.FM needs to prelisten to their stuff.

This is the best juxtaposition of two artists with the same name ever. I am sure Rotten Corpse is a simply beautiful and moving 30-minute jam opus.

There seems to be two bands with the same name. Mr Murder??? Certainly not a Garcia/ Hunter composition. Rotten Corpse? I can't imagine Bob Weir penning that with John Barlow!
