The Fags (power pop) are amazing. Always a go back to for me... I get those songs stuck in my head all the time. I Wonder why they chose that band name 'cause those songs deserve the radio.

Attention please, devotees of Fags band #2 here: I have very limited quantities (around maybe two dozen??) of The Fags album “No Fleas, Lunch Money and Gold Teeth” available on cd for sale directly through me (shout me up , message me...)!!! An amazing piece of Gogol Bordello history, 16 tracks, in actual shrink wrap (= brand new & unplayed), recorded in 1995(?) Living In Style Records. Recorded in my wife’s parents house which we currently own & reside in!!! Asking $20 USD each.

there's another band with the name 'The Fags'. Euegene Hutz of [artist]Gogol Bordello[/artist] was the lead singer of that one. good wtuff. :]
