One main reason was to help out Frank O'Keefe's & Billy Jones' families financially because we lost both those guys in 1995. This wasn't known by too many people but it's typical of what a great guy & humanitarian Hughie was in addition to beiing a great musician. Why listen to a later Henry Paul crappy recording forced on you?

Henry Paul has a "Outlaws" website that I think is phoney. It was always Hughie's Band (And Billy Jones,too as SIC) thru thick n' thin while HP kept bailing & quitting. HP is milking Hughie's name,etc for all it's worth. I heard if you leave negative comments on HP's website you get banned. Big f'n whoop,I ain't spending one cent let alone time on his website. Screw him -HP

@ oldiesjohn...outlaws have always been my fave; especially Hughie, and Billy. I was fortunate to see them 14 times over the years in the Detroit area; and even got to party with them on the bus after a concert at Harpos in Detroit. Henry Paul was not with them at the time...sorry to hear he was such a dick.

The Outlaws 1972-2007 RIP. As stated somewhere on this site Henry Paul is a vulture he can't sing a stitch to what Hughie or Billy could do. If not for Hughies demise the new tracks he had going would have been the best Outlaws tracks to date. After HP sued and won those tracks are nowhere to be found, Full circle and I Wanna Know just to name two are not even on the new album..
