I've heard both, and the Norwegian hiphop...whatever it actually is...isn't reaaaaally hip hop. In point of fact the flavor out of Norway is most definitively lutefiskian in flava flava. The Paperboys, out of ould Canuckistan, on the other hand, tend to not only breach the crossover traffic, but take the flavors of whatever they're playing and meld them seamlessly into the music they've been doing all their lives. Every so often I'll bump into someone looking for Paperboys - which are NOT the same thing as The Paperboys, and nowhere near as musically adept or talented as the group from the Sunshine Coast.
