Gosh, I miss this band so much!!!

I was just searching for something sad but more rock-y - not the emo/indie I've been listening to for the past 6 years -, and spotify recommended me this after Pavement. Pretty fine, though.

I only knew these guys previously from The Rat. I had no idea they had a much fuller sound on their other stuff (not that The Rat isn't great). I had just took them to be straight up post-punk revival. I'm pleasantly surprised. Decided to give them a listen after hearing the Rostam album.

I want the walkmen back!

Ham, britt daniel and josh homme should just form a superband already. Giggity.

You & Me is their best album. I'm not sure what I'd pick after that. Maybe Bows or Heaven.

Absolutely cannot wait for Heaven to be played on my wedding day.

They seemed to have a much more unique sound with their early work. Their later stuff sounds very similar to each other to me.

Sad that I missed out on these guys while they were together. Indie rock perfection.

"Remember, REMEMBER, all we fight for!" --- Heaven's such an amazing song. :) Their others songs are great, but 'Heaven' will always be an amazing song to listen to. :D

i'll always love that scene in Seven Psychopaths where sam rockwell's character shoots Angela (olga kurlyenko) then Angela Surf City plays. awesome. that's actually how I discovered them.

French Vacation, We've been had, and I'm never bored... pretty much all of everyone who pretended to like me is gone. very good band. will live forever!
