It IS a good song, certainly great musically, but I think it's shaky as well. Townshend's lyrics at times lose their initial lightness and simple-mindedness, and fall into some sort of overwrought pretenses. This track for me is the best example. Some rhyming is really corny, and the social pressure and coming-of-age themes seem to bland.
