Howlin Wolf riffs of this concept in a track that is named, surprisingly, "I Asked For Water And She Gave Me Gasoline." Mostly different from this track and well worth a listen.

This is a variant of “canned heat blues”. If you listen to it right afterwards you’ll hear that the guitar parts are identical. Still great stuff!
