I understand why people with certain preferences tend to overpraise early Hellenic scene, Samael, MH, M13D and similar bands, still thinking that it's deadly important to remind everyone about "not everything started with Burzum and Mayhem" in 2022, but almost all those bands sound extremely dated, not really black metal stylistically (and the '80's conception of black metal as simply "satanic (what is satanic?) extreme metal" has outlived itself), and sometimes doesn't even possess a bit of a morbid vibe that characterizes all the early Scandinavian black metal starting with "Grymyrk". Flat cartoonish keyboards, cookie monster vox, unimaginative Sabbath-esque riffs, '80's Teutonic thrash drum pattens and cringeworthy giallo aesthetics. Yes, early Necromantia was truly original, Rotting Christ had some good songwriting skills, as well as Master's Hammer with their special aesthetical approach and concept, but it's not so hard to understand why Norwegian bm is being praised more often.

это все дегенеративное говно, а не музыка, для сладкохлебных голов. не мудрено, что сами высиратели этого enterte kunst давали своим "творческим" отпрыскам короткую жизнь, к нулевым разбежавшись кто куда; часть из них даже состоялись как сносные музыканты. взять, к примеру, участника mutiilation, давшего хороший постпанк soror dolorosa.

Абсолютные короли говноблэка, которые переплюнули в говножорстве торчка- Мейнаха и множество постшколотовских метал-групп Норвегии. Примечательно, что когда идейный вдохновитель Владика Цепеша повзрослел, он быстро переметнулся "к трендовому блацку" и вообще сделал себе полностьтю музыкальную карьеру :) Как собсна и Ворбд, который не стесняется уже ПРОДАВАТЬ свои демо в мп3 :)

Что-нибудь слышно об этих музыкантах сейчас? Из сабжа нравится только сплит с Belketre. И то только их материал. А новый (последний) Belketre - лютая параша, я даже не осилил, чтобы дослушать.

Ок, спасибо за информацию, послушаю чего они там нового наиграли :) Ну и, повторюсь, я бы не был настолько категоричен к сплиту Vlad Tepes / Belketre. Материал первых мне ну очень по нраву приходится. Особенно круто гулять под них где-нибудь в Европе по старым улицам, вдоль храмов или, на худой конец, по кладбищам - кому что ближе :)) но, действительно, классно заходит. Тут, как говорится, каждому своё.

Это же легенда, тупица! он тоже хотят есть. они были изолированы бы сформировать специфический микроклимат. Таким образом они отгородились от вдохновением внешний влиянию. Вот почему они смогли создать уникальный красивый стиль, котором другие не могли открыть. вдохновляли друг друга. таким образом рождаются гениальность в изоляции. Современный стиль использую их полными горстями.

The split with Belkètre is fucking fantastic. Primitive, raw and hateful, with these vicious riffs that cut through the din and have an almost epic quality about them despite the lo-fi sonics of the record, and the drums have this flat, non-resonating sound that I really love. Essential stuff.
