No idea what this song is actually about, but I always found it interesting how it seems like the polar opposite of the preceding track, Suha. Suha makes me imagine the miserable untold stories of a working girl in a third world country, while Poe Poe is a trite exploration of American kids living with no rules and a lot of disposable income. Very pretty song, with a really weirdly melancholy sheen covering it.
