Came across the artwork for his 'The Shining' album and thought it looked dope, so I decided to give him a whirl and been listening on the daily ever since. I see why is easy to compare his voice tone and flow to Nas, but he gives me MF DOOM vibes instead. Deserves more spotlight.

The Nas "comparison" is a purely vocal one, maybe also stylistic (they're both NY Boom Bap), youll never see anyone liken their lyrics to one another. the DOOM comparison is actually a dead horse ironically, everybody notices it. YOD is very open bout his DOOM influence they work(ed) together
