I was born in the late 90's but man this genre makes me want to have lived the entire 90's... Wish big beat was still big today, but I guess what big beat was to the 90's, dubstep is to the 2010's. What a shame. And my personal favourites? Propellerheads, Junkie XL, The Chemical Brothers & Fluke.

You are saying the same stuff I thought of as a teen last decade. I came into the world in late 80s. The energy in modern electronic scenes does not match like big beat did back then. This and rave are two styles I would not mind having lived to experienced in the 80s-90s. One minor correction, Dubstep was to the 2000s. If you look into the British scene, it moved through Europe and then over to USA once 2010s hit.

This is true, actual dubstep from garage/2-step was around in the 2000's but as a scene it only came through in the 2010's, I assume the same happened for Big Beat, having it's early form in the late 80's and truly taking shape in the 90's

The Chemical Brothers ≠ Fatboy Slim ≠ The Prodigy ≠ The Crystal Method and all them are great.

Because they're tagging The Prodigy's songs that, and when they have their ID3 tags dodgy it gets pointed at some obscure rapper. Most of Prodigy's scrobbles/listeners are mis-tags for The Prodigy.
