Feral Imp is a cool character in the Yu-Gi-Oh! trading card game. IMP is also the call sign of Imparja Television, a station serving several remote parts of Australia as a Nine Network affiliate, but the station is having severe financial difficulties. The station is playing the race card, but the harsh reality is that broadcast television as a whole is dying fast, and Imparja never had a large audience to begin with (it doesn't help that Imparja hasn't produced any local programming since the 2000s, making their argument that they are essential to the community seem very weak).
