It isn't, but there's a worrying amount of retards who can't tell the difference between Grindcore (Death and Thrash riffs played with Crust rhythm and speed) and Powerviolence (playing power chords while punching the floor like a douche bag)

I believe that !T.O.O.H.! is technical death metal, not grindcore. (Although, I've only listened to them once)
