I just listened to "Tyranny", and I loved it!!! I got emotional during some of the songs from the album. I would say that my favourite one was "I Believe". Thank you very much for recommending their music to me!!! :)

Who pissed in your drawer? I reserve the right to post shouts on my own shout-box. Also, yes, I am a nerd, and a proud one at that. I learned the name of every country by 8, I learned calculus by 15, I've learned to read in what I've counted to be 13 different writing systems, I have a collection of 20-30 plush ducks, I won several awards for composing music, I study phonology, I catalogue the food that I eat, and I catalogue the music to which I listen. Also, you don't need to look any further than my profile, for I don't know how one can accumulate over 17,000 for a single artist over the course of one year without being a nerd. These little kids have no idea what they’re talking about. They pick up terms from TikTok or Reddit and use them in ways that are defamatory and damaging to reputations. They have no concept of the consequences this can bring. That’s why I’ll now do my part to ensure they are hopefully banned. This sort of behaviour is unacceptable and must be dealt with.

I just listened to both of those songs. I loved the instrumentation in "Visionary", and their vocalist reminds me of Geoff Tate. I plan on listening to the entire "Target Earth" album soon. I enjoyed the vocals, sensuality, and DnB vibes on "Too Far". Thank you for both of those recommendations!!! :)

I've listened to three Opeth albums (Ghost Reveries, Blackwater Park, and The Last Will and Testament), and I found them all fantastic. I definitely plan on listening to more from them! From Porcupine Tree, I've only listened to three of their songs, but I definitely plan on checking out at least one of their albums soon! :)

Listen to In Absentia and Fear of a Blank Planet next. In my opinion, these two albums are better than Deadwing. It might take more than a couple of listens to fully grasp these albums, but the effort is worth it!

That sounds cool, but I would only go if I were invited first. I love Maynard's work, but I wouldn't invade his privacy and his property. Also, he lives in Arizona, while I live up north in Canada. I'm also under 21 years old, so I would probably be a massive dud at one of his parties since I cannot legally drink there. :)
