Yes, that Digitalis - Clear Future is a great ambient listen- very mellow and relaxing. It's hard to find more stuff like this. There is a group called Epsilon Blue which is similar (the album Waterland in particular).

yo bro if you want any tunes recommended from me, I would suggest this album http://www.last.fm/music/she/digital+ambient+designs its chiptune which most of the time sucks. But somehow this guy makes mind blowingly good music with it and the album is free. The best NiN remixes I have ever heard are also on there for streaming.

william s. burroughs has some spoken word stuff here (on last.fm) i've heard good things about 'wicked' but no i haven't read it. brion gristle (spelling?) has some stuff on here too. "cut up method" was a stlye he and william created at the beat hotel in nyc heavily influenced by b-bop jazz.

"do androids dream of electric sheep" was made into one of the best sci-fi movies "blade runner", i have to admit that i never read the book. have you read burroughs? 'junkie' or 'naked lunch'?
