There are at least two different artists called Gilgamesh who have released a self-titled album:
1. A debut album by British progressive jazz-rock band from Canterbury scene.
It was released on Virgin's subisidary label, Caroline, in 1975.
Featuring Alan Gowen (keyboards), Phil Lee (guitar) and Mike Travis (drums). Jeff Clyne (bass) had already been preceded by Neil Murray (later National Health, then Whitesnake) and Steve Cook (later Soft Machine) by this album. The album sits at the jazzier end of Canterbury progressive music and was produced by Dave Stewart (Egg, Hatfields, etc).
2. A CDr album by an experimental duo of Scott Johnson and Derek Gedalecia. It was released in Canada on 29th September 2007 on label Cloud Valley.
All of the tracks are untitled and the durations are unknown.
